BRISK will collect and process only the strictly data required for each one of the relevant and specified purposes. As per the Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data the purpose of the processing, and accessibility of personal data is mentioned as below:

BRISK's legitimate basis for processing Users' data through this Website is the consent of the Users to the processing of their personal data, as well as the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

In this sense, BRISK processes the personal data of the Users in order to allow the commercial relationship requested by the User, to process its purchase order, shipping, returns or exchanges, as well as to send discounts, promos or commercial communications about BRISK products, to process and respond to requests, applications, incidents or queries from the User, and to evaluate the candidacy of the personnel selection processes when the User sends his/her Curriculum Vitae.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and ticking the corresponding boxes, the User consents to such processing.

BRISK takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. For this reason, your personal data is kept securely and treated with the utmost care in accordance with the provisions of Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data and The Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection protects all consumer rights, including the data of the consumers and prohibits suppliers from using it for marketing, Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No 5 of 2020- Dubai International Financial Centre. All Protection measures used in the context of data transfers have complied with the Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data.

The User guarantees the truthfulness of the personal data provided and undertakes to inform BRISK of any changes to such data. The User shall be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and BRISK reserves the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law.

Users are advised to protect their data with the utmost diligence by using appropriate security tools. BRISK shall not be liable for any theft, illegal modification or loss of data.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of Users is very important to BRISK. Therefore, BRISK makes every effort to prevent the User's data from being used inappropriately. Only authorized personnel have access to the User's data.

The User's personal data will be kept for the duration of the purpose for which they were collected or if the User has not revoked his/her consent, exercised any of the rights that are inherent to him/her in accordance with the applicable legislation or requested the deletion of certain personal data.

Subsequently, if necessary, BRISK will keep the information blocked for the legally stipulated periods of time.

BRISK undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in case he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful, as well as in the event that the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

9.- Transfers and/or assignments to third parties

The User is informed that his/her personal data will not be transferred or assigned to third companies or entities, unless such assignment is necessary for the execution of the contract of the Services contracted by the User to BRISK. The Users' data can only be used by BRISK for any use that serves to correctly fulfill the purposes of the treatment of personal data collected in point 5 of this Privacy Policy.
